I am really not in the mood to talk about this, but I figured I should give an update since I posted
this just 10 days ago. My sister decied to use her new "adultness", having just turned 18, and check herself out of her program. So she's home. Well, she was. I have no idea what the future will hold, but for those of you out there who know her, and know my parents, we could sure use your prayers.

Ambra, fun to get caught up! We just got back from our vacation (3 weeks) and I hear you about loads of laundry! I will be praying for Danielle!!
Oh Ambra, I am sorry to hear that! We will for sure keep you and your family in our prayers! I hope things will work out ok.
I know how heartbreaking it is to watch a sister make decisions you know aren't the best. Many, many prayers in your families behalf.
Shoot! We've been praying for Danielle and will continue in hopes that she can get on the right track and make the most of who she is, because she is such a sweet girl. She's capable of so very much. Hang in there!
Ambra,
I just saw a thing on KSL about your dad working to raise awareness of drugs, alcohol, and mental health. I am so grateful for his choice of using his professional position for the good of his daughter and all those out there with similar problems. I hope your sister will choose to return for the help she needs but in the meantime you'll be in my prayers. It takes a great deal of strength and support to overcome/deal with these types of struggles. Best of luck!
