Happy Birthday Nat!

Nat turned 28 yesterday. Wow....he's old!! :) Adam loved helping his Daddy unwrap his presents (well, he loved eating the paper anyway!) and was fascinated by the candles.

To top off the evening's festivities, we had a meeting with the Bishop and received new callings. Ahhhhh...what a party!

3rd Anniversary

Nat and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary on May 14th. We were married 3 years ago in the Salt Lake Temple and it has been the best 3 years fille with many fun and exciting things! The best thing of all is our beautful baby boy. I can only hope that the years that follow are as wonderful as the first 3!

Roommate Fun

My old roommate Heather was visiting from Oregon so we got 4 out of the 5 roommates together (we missed you Shar!) for some catching-up. Poor Adam was bullied by older and bigger Dallin and Lexie. He especially didn't like Lexie's high-pitched "talking"! My boy is a total whimp!

Katie & Lexie, Lisa, Heather & Dallin, Ambra & Adam (he is naked because he decided to poop out the back of his diaper and I was stupid and didn't bring a change of clothes!)

Dallin, Adam & Lexie sizing eachother up. Ok, Dallin and Lexie are sizing eachother up...Adam is sucking his thumb and blanket wishing he was not there!

We've got some cute kids!

Sitting and Giggles

Adam is starting to get quite good at sitting up! He's a little wobbly and I try to catch him when he starts to tumble, but as you can see from the video....sometimes I don't get there in time! Especially when I'm preoccupied with the camera! I promise I'm a good mother!

The other night I had Adam sitting on my lap and I sneezed and he burst out laughing! I then started to pretend to sneeze and he thought it was just hilarious. You gotta love baby giggles!!

Added.....Adam just watched this video on the computer and laughed first at himself laughing, then at me sneezing, then again at himself laughing! I am amazed at the cuteness of my kid!!

My Mother's Day Gift

For Mother's Day, I really wanted to get a ceramic imprint of Adam's hand and foot before he gets any bigger. I came across a website called littlekeepsakes.com and discovered that they actually make a cast of the impression so that it's 3-D on the ceramic base. How cool is that? You place an order and they mail you this cool foamy-type modeling clay. Then you take your child's impressions, let it air-dry for 24 hours, and then mail it back in the prepaid box. 4-6 weeks later you get back something like this with your color specifications, made out of heavy-duty ceramic that's been glazed and fired. I just got the kit and took an impression of Adam's foot and hand and I can't wait to get the final product! Thank you honey for the wonderful Mother's Day gift! :)
