I have officially entered the world of kid-contracted illnesses! Adam threw up his "Thanksgiving" dinner (yes, Thanksgiving....Nat's cousin Jason is home from Iraq for a few weeks and his family wanted to make him Thanksgiving dinner since he missed last year and will miss this year too) in his crib in the middle of the night last night. Then, as I was putting the sheet, blanket, and bumper in the wash, Nat heroically made it into the bathroom to have Adam throw up in the sink. About an hour after getting Adam back down to sleep, he threw up again in his crib. So far this morning he has not thrown up but now I'm getting the pleasure of dealing with diarrhea! I love being a mom.
We had lunch last week with my friends and Katie's baby was sick a few days later so I'm going to bet that's where he got it from. So thank you Lexie for spreading your germs to Adam! I guess their mothers shouldn't have been trying to make them kiss. Serves us right.

Man, you're sounds worse than mine. I am sorry, 'cuz I know how much it sucks. I just wish I knew what it was 'cuz I've no clue where Lexie would have picked something up from. Her cousins haven't been sick and that's the only kids she's around. Who knows. But I can probably rule out teething and shots now and assume that she just picked up some bug somewhere. I hope the worst of it is behind us.
Having sick babies is so hard sometimes! Just wait til you have more then one, then you get the joy of passing it around from kid to kid and it takes FOREVER to get over it. Fun times as mom!!
Oh that is no fun! Marc and I have already discussed what we will do in this "situation" when it happens in our future. I can't handle throw up and he can't handle poop! So we are set...we each get to take care of what we can handle! Oh motherhood!
HAHAHAHA! Wish I could have been there...though I'm grateful not to have a kid who is throwing up......miss you guys!
